Choices , Inclination or The Epigenetic Behavioural Pattern
“Have we ever felt the decision or the choices we make are actually analysed or is it just the inclination. This is not a point of relative truth or false but a state of action where what we actually pretend or try to work on. In this emerging era of modern civilization, have we ever thought about the actual life pattern that we need to focus on or have we ever thought about the actuality of following trends.” In the conclusion of Animorence 2020, Dr. Sinchan Das kept his question Infront of the society.
On the other hand have we ever thought about the actual existence of mind or what actually governs the psyche. In order to define psychology and then mind there is a sequential analysis of several subjects that cannot be enlisted. However, Humanity, Institute For Advanced medical and Cultural Research Kolkata again kept their step ahead to explain the reality of Psychology. With the collaboration of Kolkata Gynae Institute, this seminar focused on several burning issues. With the enlightenment ceremony, Dr. Biswajit Sarkar, Dr. Susmita Das and Dr. Sinchan Das came forward to chair the program. In the starting Swastika Subba, the first speaker for the evening explained the link between arts and science. Moreover she explained the connection pathway about the psychology in both science and arts. Counsellor are considered as the convincing machine but the actual work and values of the counsellor was focused by Dolon Senapati. Moving to the caste that created a huge difference in the psychological makeup of an individual, Digvijay Singh Rajput productively explained the casteism and its psychological approach.
Every human being is marginalized or set into various boundaries that limits their way of perception and action. Even in cases as explained by Radha Modak, marginalization is one of the causes of increasing social, mental and eventually Physical disbalance. Anger, and resistance has become the basic property of human. However the actual damage by the anger pathway is completely left covered. In order to focus on the increasing condition of anger Amartya Sahoo enlighted with the definition of anger. After this Priyankesh Mishra came forward to explain the increasing masked facial expression in human. Rather he even focused upon the pathway of continuous damage that led to an epigentical condition at present scenario. At the end of speakers note Saikat Bera concentrated on social practices and how does it lead to psychological compromization of an individual. This was the end of the speakers note.
In the ending session of the evening Ms. Sharmistha Dutta explained the duties of a psychologist. From her proportion of psychology, she enlighten with her words. In the portion of guest speaker Dr. Biswajit Sarkar focused on some of his cases where psychology lead to various gynaecological disturbance. At the end Dr. Sinchan Das concluded covering all the portions of definition of psychology. Thus concluding with all its the time to redefine the actual definition of psychology.
In the end of the seminar, this year Bajirman Lawati Memorial Award for social services was given to Somen Bhattacharjee.
